Return Process

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during promotional events (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We'll notify you via email about the status of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
• Shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement
• No restocking fees apply for damaged/defective items

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange your items for a different size, scent, or product of equal value. To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange
3. Specify the replacement item(s) you would like
4. Ship your original item(s) back to us

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

• Before Shipment: Full refund, no questions asked
• After Shipment: Follow our return process (return shipping fees may apply)
